All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, except where explicitly stated by the event organizer.

Entry & Venue Capacity

Entry to the event is subject to venue capacity and safety regulations.

Holding a valid ticket does not guarantee immediate or priority entry once the venue reaches capacity.

Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive early.

Late Arrival

Late arrival may result in delayed entry or denied access depending on capacity at the time of arrival.

No refunds will be issued due to late arrival.

Ticket Validation

Only tickets that are successfully scanned at the venue will be considered valid for entry.

Tickets that have already been scanned are not eligible for any refund or dispute claim.

Refund Policy Exception

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited cases:

• Event cancellation by the organizer
• Duplicate charges due to technical error

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Zodiac Aphrodisiac.

No Chargebacks / Payment Disputes

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider.

Any concerns or issues must be resolved directly with Zodiac Aphrodisiac.

Unauthorized disputes may result in:

• Blacklisting from future events
• Permanent restriction from ticket purchases

Event Changes

Zodiac Aphrodisiac reserves the right to:

• Change event details (lineup, timing, venue adjustments)
• Modify entry policies if required for safety

No refunds will be issued for such changes.

Conduct & Entry Rights

Zodiac Aphrodisiac reserves the right to:

• Deny entry to any guest at its discretion
• Remove any guest for inappropriate behavior

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
