The party where astrology meets the dance floor. The idea actually started in 2022 as a Spotify playlist of Cancer artists. As a Cancer, Zoob realized a lot of her favorite musicians — like Ariana Grande, Missy Elliott, Lil’ Kim, 50 Cent, and Solange — shared her sign, and she loved the idea of grouping music through astrology.

At the time, she was a new DJ trying to break into NYC nightlife and wasn’t always easy. Along with her co-founders, she decided to create a new space. That playlist idea quickly evolved into a monthly party where DJs play only artists from the current zodiac sign. It felt like the perfect intersection of everything she loves: astrology, music, and community.

Four years later, Zodiac Aphrodisiac has grown into a recurring event celebrating each sign — and we’re just getting started. ✨
